Nothing clears the house out faster than when I bake liver treats for tracking bait.
Except when I bake liver treats with fresh liver from the butcher.
I don't blame em! If I could turn the stove off and on from a distance I'd be outtah here too. PeeWu!

I happen to love liver, but my kids can't stand it.
I use a dehydrator out in the garage, but they still complain. :-)

I like liver too! My dogs love it, no kids at home to complain anymore about the smell.
Dogs are happy, they know when it is getting cooked. it seeps out the doors I guess. I catch them smelling at the base of the storm door or sitting there looking in just waiting for a nice treat.
