Opinons on pedigree please. - Page 1

Please give me your opinins on this pedigree as I am currently looking at a male puppy from this breeding. Czech lines aren't my thing, so I won't offer and opinion beyond this:  linebreeding is 3-3 on Dargo Ha-Ja-Da; hopefully he's known for producing good structure, temperament, working ability and hips, because you're doubling up on the recessives he might have carried, and that can be great, or it can be awful. Not knowing what's on the sire's paternal line could be leaving out valuable info, too--the wrong dogs back there and it might cancel out everything good you'd get from that tight linebreeding.

OK, I see you were having trouble getting the site to let you add the sire's father, even though that dog is in the database already. Took entering it in the  'update pedigree' several different ways before it finally brought up the correct page for Reno Jipo-Me that has all of his titles, etc.  So disregard that part about the missing grandsire info -- it's not missing any longer.

I did make the mating test page URL into a clickable link for you, though. At least it will make it easier for folks who know these lines to look it over.

Heard Darko was an excellent dog...I'm not familiar with czech lines either so, I'll pass:-) Though, I suspect that is a very nice breeding from the little I know!

I saw a great Czech dog for sale. Look him up, wish he was mine. Bertik majoruv haj. This male has it all. He is started in sport and a great prospect. 1500 to ship, I almost bought him myself but my husband thought he would be more dog than I can handle. I bought Ando ethen who has worked out well for the family. Bertik really needs to be police or ring so I guess I'm glad I did not buy him.

When I was looking to buy him it was 4600 total including the shipping but email her, the dog is wonderful. If you pm me I can send you the video I was sent from the Czech republic of Bertik. I love Ando but Bertik was that one in a hundred dogs.

LSU Mom, ????? What dog are you referring to, the sire of this litter?

The OP says they are thinking of buying a puppy from the mating shown @ the link above, not an adult dog.
