She was For Sale (from Serbia) but Hesham's Kennel is in Egypt, or Russia, where the dog was to be shipped.
I wired him, $XXXX and there was complications on his end. He said he paid for shipping, and on and on con artist
stuff. She was pregnant and to arrive at 1838 25 August, 2012, but did not. He sent me an email at 1308 25 Aug, 2012
asking why I did not pick her up, well, chronoligically, she had not even arrived. This is why I do what I do and and work with trainers and breeders in Slovakia that I know, but I thought this guy Hesham was legit, his website is closed and he says dog is with "Transporter". Lesson learned. I will go after him through my bank, but beware of such scam artists!

I received a couple of people also scammed by Hesham and Kristina of HK Kennels.
Thanks for writing to me. Unfortunaltely, his numbers are "kaput" and he stopped emailing me. What a scumbag! There is nothing to do but use trusted breeders as I usually do in Slovakia or Holland, only. I had a special request for some longcoats and thought I could trust this guy. It was on and on BS from the beginning to the end. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
I will be goig to Slovakia sometime this fall and getting new dogs, I have been doing this for decades. I really think Pedigree Database should control scam artists on here.
Thank you,

I would think so. No phone number or details of Transporter either, I searched. I have brought in 100's of dogs worldwide and Europeans Shipping Companies stay awake and make sure whatever time it is here in USA or wherever, that the dog(s) arrived safely.
Everytime, all the time.
But this is Arab and Russian mentality, to screw over Honest Americans and play a scam. He sent a fake SV and continues to make up stories. I sent money and have no dog.
There are several people this Hesham has taken and makes the blame on others. I will never, ever you Pedigree Database for any reason, whatsover. There are more scam artists than honest ones on here and this is the bottom of the barrel for dogs. Dogs do not need to suffer from greedy individuals. I willl not mention them, their reputations presede them.

Now, now, Alex, that's not quite fair--I'm sure Hesham would be just as happy to scam unsuspecting, hardworking Europeans, Asians, Pacific Islanders, Australians, and even his own countrymen if he thinks he can get away with doing so. I suspect that as long as the money is spendable, he doesn't care where it comes from.
It is a sad commentary as to the increase in the number of scammers there are in the dog biz, but then again, we never used to be able to make these overseas transactions so easily as it is now, either.
I do hope that you and CMills are able to either retrieve your funds, or receive the dogs you purchased.
