Wichtige Information

Wie am gestrigen Tage bekannt gegeben wurde, wird der Vereinszuchtwart, Herr Reinhardt Meyer, das Richteramt auf der diesjährigen Bundessiegerzuchtschau in Ulm aus persönlichen Gründen nicht wahrnehmen.
 
Bereits in der Vorstandssitzung am 17.08.2012 in Kassel hatten sich die restlichen Mitglieder des SV-Vorstandes auf Herrn Rüdiger Mai als einen möglichen Ersatzrichter verständigt, für den nun eingetretenen Fall.
 
Entsprechend dieser Entscheidung des SV-Vorstandes dürfen wir heute bekannt geben, dass das Richteramt in der Gebrauchshundklasse - Rüden durch das Mitglied des Zuchtausschusses, Herrn Rüdiger Mai, ausgeübt werden wird.
 
Wir bitten um Kenntnisnahme.

This is quite an occurance. The dogs campagined and in line to be favored at the world level may not be the same place in line. Those that were not successful in the competition before the sieger show may now have a second chance,,,,other than the entries are closed.

Excellent choice for judge. It is Mr. Mai's last year before mandatory retirement. He misses nothing. I had a dog entered under him and the dog had the correct number of teeth, but there were two teeth of the same type. He picked up on the suttle difference immediately.

I challenged him last year to identify a dog I had with me just after the NASS when we were at a gathering. He had done her SchH2 in 2004, 7 years earlier. I gave him 2 clues. The city the dog received her SchH2 under him and the handler. He told me who the dog was and repeated the comments he made about her. I wish I had the mind to do that. This is a fine man, excellent judge, the SV has done well to place him in this position.

Mr. Mai will be judging multiple events in the US next year. Look for him in March to judge in FL, NC, and the USA sieger show in Lake Geneva, WI in May. They are sure to be excellent events!
