Just wanted to give an update about my dispute with them. I have told them about the kennels busting as soon as a dog jumps up on them. The dogs only have to jump up and these kennels will bust.
Their responds was that my dogs need to see a vet for behavior problems. LOL. Yes, one of my young males managed to chew right through these kennels within a few minutes. However, any dog that weighs over 15lbs can't jump up in these. They advertise K9 Kennels.
This company is a big joke and once they have your money they don't care and inform you that your dog should not jump up.
I did give them the honor to have their own page on my website though

I asked before, you never answered. Did you pay
with a credit card for this purchase? If so, I would
have very quickly and very thoroughly have disputed
the charges. Usually when a business is faced with
not getting their $, they become a little more willing
to try to satisfy clients.

Bhall - I'm sorry to read that you are dealing with such a frustrating hassle.
I've successfully used workingdogz's strategy several times with my incalcitrant cell phone provider. There's a great column by The Haggler that has other tips for dealing with customer disputes.

Well, I waited too long to do that. I tried to resolve the issue but they ignored me. I should have done a chargeback when they ignored me. You live you learn.

You should check with your credit card co. I did this with mine over an issue and they honored my dispute when I provided proof of what i tried to do to rectify the problem (past the date to file disputes)...its worth a call.

You could also call the courthouse of the county they operate out of and have then send you the claim form and then take it to Small Claims court. You can file without an attorney. Just have to pay court costs and a filing fee. You can sue for the full purchase price plus damages. They more than likely will want to settle with you then. If not I doubt they will not show up for court and then once you are awarded the judgement you can start filing leans on their property and income until it is satisfied.
If by chance they did show up your evidence against them is quite damming. Also, there is public record of a history carrying on this type of shady business. You would win.
If I was in the situation I would send them a certified letter with what your demands are and ask for a resoulution by a certain time then after that it would be legal issue for them.

Just an update!!!
K9 Kennel Store has made things right. I guess they had problems with a previous employee. However, they contacted me and refunded 50% of my purchase price!

Only fifty? Do you get to keep the crummy kennels?
by beetree on 28 September 2012 - 00:09
Sure she does, who wants to pay return shipping for crummy kennels? That's why 50 percent is probably okay. To get full price she'd have to pay return shipping, I bet, and that would be expensive.

Yes, we agreed on 50% as I sure don't want to ship them back and we have now altered them with bars. I am satisfied and I hope they will stress that the kennels I bought are NOT for big dogs.
