Advice on refund/breeders - Page 1

I have been contacted by the breeder who I placed a deposit with for a puppy and he told me that the female did not get pregnant. He has offered me a pup out of his other female or my deposit back. I am not sure I want a pup out of this female though. I have heard the female & stud have produced some soft ears. I would like to know if any of you would recommend some good breeders to me. I am looking for a showline that can work. Please don't pound me about the working lines being better for work. My interest lies in showing and doing schutzhund. Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated. Shelley

Advice Shelley would be simply get your deposit back and wait awhile longer to find what you are looking for. Cant reccomend any in USA but have some contacts in Germany. I have a showline that can work and I know just what you mean.

Wait until you get what you really want. Don't settle for second choice.

Randy Tyson-Witmer is in California. She has show and working lines. Keeps them pretty much separate. They do a lot with police and schutzhund so I would expect her showline dogs to work. http://witmertysonimports.com/
