China has implemented a one dog per household and no large dogs. So much for any GSD kennels.

The big money people in China have been buying up alot of the Top Dogs from Germany. This would lead to some speculation about the ongoing rules and as to how they are applied?

This restriction of one dog per household and no large or dangerous breeds *(as yet not clear as to how that is defined) is applicable for the moment to Beijing. It is part of an attempt to get control of the dog problem and in particular, the rabies epidemic that is rampant there. Don't forget, in two years China will host the Olympics. It is actually a start to implementing many changes in their society. I doubt that it will have much effect on the larger kennels because anyone who has such a kennel is likely to live outside of crowded cities like Beijing. I am finding that many people who own GSDs in India also live outside of cities, for what it is worth.

The wealthy in China are prospecting for a lot of breeds, not just GSDs.

In China, the people has raised very many pet dogs. Some people not for dog injection the Rabies vaccine,So ,China has implemented a one dog per household and no large dogs, and must injection the Rabies vaccine to dogs.
But I'm a GSD lover,I must make a permit for my kennel, and don't let my dogs go to street .Because that will let some pepole in fear.
If I can manage my dog, and paying management fee to Government, then I can breed them.
