is eczema easily cured? how long does it take for a dog to recover? my dog has been recently diagnosed with eczema my vet has given an antibiotic course. do antibiotics work for eczema?

Spray a little apple cider vinegar in a 50/50 mix with water on the problematic areas. It will dry it up fast.
