Help with Bescheinigung - Page 1

Can anyone tell me if this is the paper I need to get my dog AKC registered? Below is the paper I got with my import, but am pretty sure AKC needs A  Bescheinigung , where Dog is officially registered in Germany to a US person. Or is this all I need now as far as paperwork showing the dog was transferred to me from the importer? I have gone back and forth with him on the paper I think I need. I paid for the supposed transer/Bescheinigung  . This just doesn't seem right.
What should be in the top box if anything? What does Eigentumswechsel Mean?
to me, this is just a paper showing she was signed over to me and not the offical Transfer certificate.

I did e-mail Sabine and my reply was they needed my credit card to process my request. No answer on what this is. I was charged for the Bescheinigung   when I bought the dog and am pretty sure I am going to have to pay again to even get it from Germany. I was just hoping that some new thing happened where this is all that I needed to Register her with AKC.

That´s just the paper the breeder or former owner has to send to the SV to let them know about the new owner.
What you need should be an export pedigree.

email Sabine with your card info and you will have the bescheinigung in 2 weeks .................... then you must make sure the date on the besch ........ matches that as when the dog was transferred to you ...........................

I kind of thought it was just a transfer paper and probably need to send it to the SV with her pedigree. I just wrote to Sabine again to make sure what all I need to do/have so I can get it right.

This kind of thing tends to ruin a person on importing much of anything. Appreciate the PM's and

It seems everybody gets their Bescheinigungs in 2 weeks except for me!! :( The first time it was sent, it was returned back to Germany, so it was sent again 4 weeks ago and I was given the tracking number. Now its stuck in the mail in Frankfurt, Germany.....I have checked the status online repeatedly and its always the same. Anybody ever had problems with German mail system before????? This is my first time doing this.....

The first time I had to do it was about 10 years ago and I did it through the Shcutzhud club of America. It still took a couple months over all, but at least I had copies of all her papers just in case the originals got lost. Then certified mail to AKC with required pictures, forms and payment. That took another 2-3 weeks at the time.

Anyway, Got an e-mail from SV on this paper. here is what they say..

Dear Bonnie,
 
In reference to your e-mail I would like to inform you that the paper you received is the transfer of ownership confirmation for Jecky vom Disco-Haus. I don’t think that it will be sufficient for the AKC registration but you can try it. When it is not accepted I can process the Bescheinigung for you.
I hope I have been able to help you; should you need further assistance please, do not hesitate to contact me.

The SV now requires the original pedigree to process the bescheinigung. At least they did with my latest import. You will probably need to send the pink papers to the SV.

I kind of thought they might need that. I do have it. That will take time and hopefully doesn't get lost in between here and there.
