I had never heard this term, guess cause I never had one till this last litter. Mine lasted 3 days. We believe there was alot more wrong with it then just this as the mother was continually rejecting it and we were putting it on a nipple. Eventually she actually was putting it outside of her welping box. We tube fed it but on day 3 passed away. My vet took it to do a neocropsy on it, at no charge, will probably get results later today. Mike

I had before six-seven years ago one puppy who start "swims" at four weeks and stopped after two weeks. We give him special care and live him in litter only observed actually in a feed time. We were very concerned and exercise with him. After all he mature in great dog but I had always feeling that something "anchor" his hind legs movement.
