Breed Survey with an RH (IPO-R) title? - Page 1

I was looking at the Search Dog of North America Website and it says the follwoing about breed surveys:

Are the RH titles considered a breed suitability test?

Currently some organizations within different European countries do recognize the higher level (A and B) titles as a breed suitability test, but this varies. At this time, the majority of breed organizations do not recognize the RH titles as breed suitability test (as SchH, IPO or HGH are considered in various German Shepherd organizations).

Which organizations accept the RH title for breed surveys?  Its not clear and the unkowns was discussed in this old thread too, but today the title is no longer called RH1, RH2:

The SV will accepts the RH 2B for breed survey, from 2013 on.
