this s in sv magazine of october cant understand its meaning ,can anybody explain it,thanks.

in dem vereinsordungsverfahren gegen FRAU margit van dorssen, koln, wurde die berufung der betroffenen gegen das urteil des verbandsgerichts west vom bundesgericht zuruckgewiesen. gegen frau van dorresen wird eine zuchtbuchsperre fur die dauer von 24 monaten ausgesprochen [ab 21.9.06].ebenso hat sie die kosten beider instanzen zu tragen.

I'm a bit unclear on the details, but it appears that the SV has instituted a breed book ban against M. van Dorssen for 24 months beginning Sept. 21 06. Best wishes, Jonah

Hello !
Margit van Dorrsen went against this to a offical court in Augsburg and now that will be cleared .
That "breed-book-close" is nonsence and civil court takes care of it.

Close but a bit confusing.
It appears that:
The decision of the lower instance against Mrs.Margit van Dorsen (Arlet) was confirmed by higher instance. She has been banned from the breeding book for 24 months (effective from 21.09.2006). She needs to cover expenses of procedure for both instances.

It's not over. The case has been taken to a civil court. Agree with Terry, it HAS to be cleared there. The ban is RIDICULOUS!!

Why don't you ask Margit van Dorssen or the SV, instead of getting "assumptions" and rumors?

I don't see anyone jumping to conclusions, and while I do not know her personally, my impression of Mrs. van Dorssen has always been one of credibility, sincerity, and integrity (rare attributes it seems). I hope that this is simply a misunderstanding that can be soon resolved. Best Wishes All, Jonah
