Just wanted to give some positive feedback.

Just got a dog in from Frankfurt to Raleigh/Durham, NC.  I used GK Airfreight www.petshipping.com

Rene was wonderful.  They picked up my dog at the owners house and the dog came in to the promised airport as quoted.  There was NO extra charge.  Communication was EXCELLENT!
I have used GK many times and there was never a problem.  I also used Ellen Chance to clear the dog and Ellen did an excellent job!

Thank you GK Airfreight and Ellen Chance!

Here is the dog the next day of arrival.

Nice dog
And I agree for 100% with you Gradlyn Kennels is the BEST way to ship our dogs.
I have done it a lot of times and they are SUPER.

While Gradalyn are reputable, they too are not free from issues. Had a pup arrive once showing timidity and high stress upon arriving home and opening crate, what initially I deemed stress from flight etc, only to see him walking with difficulty a few hours later and showing increased signs of stress.
Well, within the hour he begins to attempt a bowl movement and he wasn't releasing stool, but, A COLLAR. Yes, A COLLAR. Someone left a collar on the pup throughout the entire filght process & handling and subsequently, based on this experience, this pup was never the same and bore charachter / temperment issues.
GK essentially gave a "OH WELL, SORRY"

Deepmagic, are you for real?  Do you really think that is GK's fault?  They can number 1 not be responsible for your dogs temperament as they are not dog brokers and they do not evaluate dogs before they handle the shipment.  The shipper should not have left a collar on the dog.  I do not think the collar passed thru that past from shipment to arrival.  So maybe your pup ate it before it was shipped.
You can't blame temperament issues on your puppy eating a collar.....
Maybe contact the seller because eating a collar will not change the dogs temperament.

BHall..umm I did not say that they are inherently responsible for end temperment, but what I did indicate that due to putting a collar on a pup while in travel and subsequently resulting in a traumatic experience such as the one indicated, can absolutely effect behavior of a pup moving forward.

Lol, the seller did not leave the collar on the dog. Have shipped many to Europe & return and truly had the one bad experience, granted, they have also shipped without issues but, what stands out is the one negative.

deepmagic,  I am not even going to entertain this   I can't even believe you would even go there.
