Can anyone point me towards a sleeve that has enough room for a larger forearm? Currently, the sleeves I have borrowed pinch in that area. I don't want to shell out cash to buy a sleeve for myself that has the same issue. Your help is much appreciated.

Try contacting Pierre at Can-Am Training Supplies. If he cannot find or make you a sleeve that fits, then I don't know who can! You can call him at 877-473-K9K9 Excellent quality supplies and super customer service!

a lot of very good training work is done with the wedges and pillows. i realize there are times you must use a sleeve, but other types of equipment offer opportunities as well.

more important question is are you trained in enough to give your own good quality training to your dog or are you just putting on a sleeve. If not are you training under someone who knows how to train you.

He is training under someone who is very knowledgable. He doesn't use a sleeve unless with the trainer, but the sleeves available to him pinch too much.
Thanks Much To Learn. He has just sent an email off to the supplier you mentioned.

I like redline sleeve from www.dogsportgear.com. Quality of construction is very good.
Their new competition sleeve is almost exact match to the schweikert sleeve which I and all the helpers in my club love.
Gappay seem very tight for me in the forearm.
I use the new redline from Dogsportgear and also schweikert.
Can am.....never used it.

I like some of the schweikert arms, i've used a Euro Joe a few times that and stephan from Staatsmacht can help you with that. I liked that one. There's a ray allen that has a lot of room in the forearm, but the quality is crap and I do NOT recommend it. Gappy makes a nice durable sleeve, but they are a bit tighter.

Contact Jim Hill at Hallmark K9......I would reccommend a Gappay XL Forearm (http://www.hallmarkk9.com/gappaytrialsleeve-1.aspx)
Or a Frabo No 7

I am a big guy and have large arms/forearms and own both of these sleeves. I prefer the placement of the bite bar in the Gappay and usually use that one
