This was my girl at 5 weeks, then this is her at about 12 months. She's black and red, but has red behind the ears as a pup, and more on the face. I'm thinking he's a bi color, but I'm not positive (they change so much)

Definitely a bi-color When they ar that dark and just a bit of tan on the legs, and can also have some
tan around eyes. She will look exactly the same as an adult as she does now. Pretty !

Murphy is a beautiful boy! I will say he's bi-color - black pencil markings on his toes - a definite giveaway...

She completely lost her tarheel and toe marks and turned out a blanket black and tan

Wow! That's a huge change in looks between 6 and 10 months. They look like two different dogs... The girl, that I posted pictures of above, always had dark tan legs with definite pencil markings on all her toes. That never went away and rather she got darker in time - especially her tan.

She sure as heck had me fooled!! I wish she had stayed bi-color... she had definate penciling and tarheels until she shed out the second time,
then it was gone. I was absolutely positive she was a bi-color.
