Okay, maybe the third time is the charm since this is the third time trying to post this request in the last 2 weeks.

I am looking for a reputable breeder near Chicago. Does anyone have any recommendations?

are you looking for German working lines or show lines and what are your plans for the pup? i know of some good breeders.

German working lines. I think show lines are beautiful but I prefer the working lines.

I highly recommend Bill Kulla and Jennifer Acevedo www.kulladogs.com I have bought 2 dogs from them, excellent drives, temperament, plus they are great people to deal with, open and honest!

Haus of Rock Shepherds for Czech working dogs. I have Haus of rocks Akeemi and she is doing great. Honest people and shipping from Chicago to louisiana went as planned. Great people and great dogs.

I'd. check out Von Gildaf up around Madison. I know Melissa actually trains and works her dogs in many different venues. Trudy Hayna

Bill kulla was great we got two dogs from him. One was not high drive enought for me and he gave me a full refund. This is not slanderous as even the best breeding dogs will ocasionaslly give a dud in the drive department. He has great dogs as well.
