Anyone else noticing that for the last two days or so it's taking a very long time for posts, pictures, etc... to load on the website here?
I thought it might be my computer so I ran a system defrag and three antivirus programs, but this is the ONLY website I'm having lagg problems with.
Is it because Oli is updating?

What I meant to say, is the pages are freezing/lagging. Not so much text or pictures, but when I navigate from one page to another on this site.

Yes. I noticed it.

Oli is on vacation so I doubt it has anything to do with him. He did make changes to the tables and so forth of the database but not sure that would be causing the problem.
It seems to work like normal to me and the admin side has to load even more than the user side.
I will try several other computers today and see if they have any issues.
I haven't noticed any freezing or lagging between pages.

Well, I just had a freeze and "microsoft' collected the data. It must be a coincedence.

In my opinion, it seems like it started doing the freeze/lag about two days ago or so, where I'll click a link or a navigation link on the side and the website would literally freeze up, and only "open" or "un-lag" after I downsized the window and reopened it.
It isn't happening ALL of the time, but more than occasionally.
For what it's worth, I'm running Google Chrome, if that makes any difference?

Me too. And strange vids end up in strange places.

As far as I know Oli has not worked on the site since Wednesday so the timing doesn't appear to be right. Please post any messages that anyone is receiving. It helps also to post operating system, browser including version number and any error messages or the exact thing you did when it happened. I will test with chrome and see if I have any problems. I use Firefox and have not had one issue.
My chrome version is Version 19.0.1084.52
Beetree,
Why would microsoft collect data from google chrome?

Maybe I'm saying the wrong words to what I'm seeing.
Yes, when I click PM's and then backspace, I'm seeing video's embedded at the bottom, I forget the subject, but it wasn't dogs. Very strange. I figured Oli was up to something or other. You, yourself mentioned, "changes".
I have something called events logs? On this laptop PC? I don't want to be an alarmist to what I read, but it didn't sound like somethng you'd want me to read on a forum devoted to calm, such as this one.
I left and logged out, in any case, and it seems Microsoft might have even checked it out while I was gone? Like I said, I'm not sure of what I'm seeing, just telling it like it is.
Now, this is weird too, we always seem to have problems with this laptop keyboard, it has a mind of its own at times, words and letters won't always go where you want them to like just now, I had to chase down the last three letters that suddenly jump onto the upper line.
Not saying it has anything to do with you, but I was on this site when it (an event) happened.

Beetree,
I can't change a thing here. Oli controls the programming and writes the code.
What browser, what operating system and can you take a screenshot of this PM-video at the bottom deal?
The changes have to do with moving threads in the breed forums, moving posts into there own thread if they go off topic and moving posts we delete to a trash area or deleted post area instead of copying them into the mod forum.
When you have issues you need to be very specific and give all details or we can't try and replicate these problems and it all becomes guess work at that point. The more info the better.
I have used chrome to switch between numerous pages and it is as smooth as ever. Links to what pages are giving problems and details help the best here.
