I have seen a few post on this site from others who have linebred on Mink and his son Crok Erlenbusch, but have never heard of anyone linebreeding on any of his other top sons, like Arko, Lewis, Jago, and Iko. Has anyone here ever done a linebreeding or have seen progeny from linebreeding on any of these other top Mink sons? I would love to hear the negatives and positives of linebreeding on these dogs. Thanks.

My next litter is going to be a line breeding on Otis vom Jacobiner Schloss who is a Mink son.

I have a pregnant female. The litter will be line-breed on "Jago Lindenhalle" 3-3.
I inspect pups with very high drives and hardness (both parents have these natural)and stable nerves.
Time will tell.

We will have a litter in December linebred 3-3 on Otis vom Jacobiner Schloss and 4-5,4 on Mink. Otis produced about 150 puppies for Leerburg kennels. His sister Olive was a 5 time participant in the BSP. Otis was a certified Border patrol K9 here in the USA. Here is the Leerburg page on him. http://www.leerburg.com/otis.htm
Litter pedigree. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/para.utkoma?fadir=435423&modir=394902
We expect high hunt drive, prey and fight drive but time will tell. Sire has three littermates that are working K9's. Dam has produced nice pet and working puppies in past litters. Wish I could answer you question more specifically but people are linebreeding Mink sons so I am sure you will get more feedback.
