This female Malinois (KNPV) was stolen by some heartles criminal while her (disabled) owner was staying in Hospital in January 2009.
Even though it was years ago she still misses her dog very much... Anne was chipped but it's very well possible that the chip has been removed and replaced for another chip by some vet in the Netherlands who does this kind of low practices.

The owner had an anonymous phonecall that the dog was seen in Belgium.
Please help this disabled lady and let us know where she is so she can return home...
