Rose now has passed a clear liquid twice. At first i thought it was a potty accident then i noticed very small traces of blood. nothing else has happened.
is Rose ok? Is this just another sign puppies are coming (like the lasst 4 days)?

Normal, I hope you are ready to be up all night. Big gushes of clear means the bag has broken and the puppy needs to be pushed out ASAP.
We will be here for you and plenty of members are willing to help with advice.
Keep her in a quiet place and let nature take it's course.
Good luck and remember our members are very helpful if you should need further advice or help.
Regards,
GSD

She should be ok, if it's just spotting or trace amounts of blood then thats normal. Yes, it is another sign of puppies coming. Typically there needs to be about 3 or more signs of impending labor present before I actually say the dog is in labor. (Rarely do I see a dog in labor who shows 2 or less 'signs')
If her 65th day is on the 18th (and today is the 16th) then today is a perfect day for her to go into labor and have pups (thats NOT a gaurantee though! lol)
Since she is so close to having pups, DO NOT allow her outside of her whelping room without having her on a leash! and when you take her out for potty breaks or short walks make sure you keep one eye glued to her rear end at all times. Quite a few times I've taken dogs out for potty breaks during their labor only to have them pop out a pup, sometimes even when they are just walking along.
What other signs is she showing now? Besides the temp drop that she had/has.

Is she nesting? Digging? And yes as Euro says if you take her out use a flashlight to make sure she doesn't have one outside.
Wishing you the very best.

If there has been a gush of mostly clear liquid, this is likely the sac from the first puppy breaking. You should see a puppy within an hour and a half of this--or at least should be seeing her progress. Do you have gloves and some (preferably sterile) lube?
