Go to Leerburg.com Ed Frawley sells a kit that includes the plier set, alphabet characters, numeric characters, the special ink, and a video.
Not cheap stuff-this kit is German-made, of the highest quality, and the world standard for a tattoo kit. I think that he still includes the video (or DVD) for free if you buy the entire kit.
