What would be the purpose of doing such a close breeding?

by duke1965 on 23 March 2012 - 17:03

bringing stability and predictability in the offspring for future breeding , locking in great qualities and health
the full litter the linebreeding is doubling up on (GILA/GRAUCHO and other littermates) are all official HD A ED0 perfect spine and all with very good workingqualities

Why so much "linebreeding"? Just thought I'd ask, I mean, two or three dogs, may be 4-5 back I'm ok with. But that's a bunch of dogs, all the way to 2-3

very nice .

I like the breeding for setting a type to then go to West dogs...lol....the only concern I would have is maybe the strong lines to Axa....but that is outweighed by the overall good!
