Ohio Schutzhund Clubs? - Page 1

I am moving to Dayton Ohio soon and I was wondering if anyone knew of any Schutzhund clubs or training facilities in the area. Thanks!

Hello, I am a Police , SAR , Protection , Schutzhund K-9 Trainer near Dayton Ohio in Brookville 25min west of Dayton . I run O. G. Ohio Schutzhund & Working K-9 Club . You may call or e-mail me anytime . Well to let you know , we would like you and your dog come out to training so we can evaluate you and your dog as a team and as a club member . You also then get to see our club and members and dogs first hand and see if I and our schutzhund club is the right club for you . We are training on Sundays at 10 am till 7pm and you and your dog are more than welcome to come out and train with us . This will also give you time to talk with other club members and myself about our club , training , and so on so you can get a feel of who and what we all are like . Our club dues are due on your 4 visit with the club and they are $400.00USD for one member and two dogs or $600.00USD for a family membership for up to two members and 4 dogs . We are a smaller club with 15 members and we are all down to earth and all of us are easy to get along with and our training is set in a fun setting with a family feel to it , We welcome all to come and train with us . We pride our selves to be much different then most schutzhund clubs in that we teach all 3 parts of schutzhund , tracking , obedience , protection and we do it all over the top . My idea of training is take the dog and handler past the schutzhund field with the training so on trial day the work with be easy for the dog and handler . Most of our club dogs are used for personal protection also so we train for real protection work for the schutzhund field and the street . Our members are training their dogs for schutzhund , mondio ring , personal protection & police dogs , french ring , PSA , and other K-9 sports .
