We paid you on Nov. 26th for Eta z Klídkova dvora you set up shipping for Dec. 5th but did not send the dog?  Now you will not email or answer our phone calls.  Can you please send the dog our send our money back. I see you are still trying to sell the dogs listed below.  For anyone thiking of buying one of these dog from Dalibor you may want to talk to us first.

So we will give him the week to see if he is a man of his word or not.
  We like to believe that people are honest until proven DISHONEST.  It is like being not guilty until proven guilty.  We did our homework and checked Google and several forums and asked our contacts over seas before sending money to Dalibor Opavský.  We did not come across anything bad about him.  So if the dog comes on Monday all will be good.  If not we will do what we can to be sure that the next time anyone in the world is checking on him they can find our information and not be where we are.
 
  

Good Luck! I hate to see anything like this happen. Hope you get your dog you paid for. Have a great new year(although it is not starting out too well)

Yet another gone week gone and still no dog.  No reason from Dalibor Opavsky of Opavia Hof Kennels as to why he has not shipped Eta z Klidkova dvora.  So we will do what we can so no one else ever sends him money for a dog they will not get.  You can reed all of the emails on this page:

Dalibor is only a dog Broker...
IF Dalibor has said this... HE HAS LIED.

ANYONE whom has CLAIMED this is grossly misinformed and should Check their information.

We know the people posting above and have been in touch with them trying to help them as my husband speaks CZECH....

The first time they contacted me they also made a statement that we are Dalibors friends... and he visits us... That is what Dalibor said... THIS IS NOT TRUE! I do NOT know Dalibor and never met him... My husband is NOT his friend, but when we are in Europe we do scout dogs. Which we've STOPPED That because we are NOT in europe and we can NOT trust others to do it right for us. Not because they are not honest but because they miss things we see...

My questions always remain... if I buy in europe and someone says SO AND SO Is a friend of mine... I will contact that SO AND SO and ask them before I proceed.... so I know if the person lied about ONE THING so small they will lie about MANY MANY OTHER things...

The people posting above contacted us asking if Dalibor is Honest as he is a 'fried of ours'. I could only tell them my dealings, ONE positive and ONE NEGATIVE... and he is NOT MINE or my husbands friends.

MY question is why would people NOT verify this!!!

I purchased a dog from Dalibor recently... and I purchased one from him last year. He knows pedigrees well and has a good eye... that doesn't mean they don't make mistakes. And it seems something is up with him... my first dog was superior...

Dalibor HAS MADE A BIG Mistake with US in that last dealing that has cost me thousands of dollars and he promises to make it right and to never let it happen to someone else or me again.

SO the WHAT and WHY doesn't NEED TO BE PUBLIC YET... because DALIBOR promises he makes it right... I must give him time.
I'm still waiting on other documents from Dalibor for this last dog, and when they are produce then I will let everyone know... until such time I only wait and give him the benefit of the doubt.

Thanks for making that clear.  I have been in a situation also as you may know.  I was just trying to help and I did not know if she has contacted Frans to verify Dalibors statement.  It is a sad situation and I hope it will all work out in the end. 

Yes I emailed you to see whom you are dealing with... likely no one I do because I've only added show dogs lately... but it's the exact reason we aren't buying in europe... unless we travel there ourselves.
Because then we xray on site too.

I want to say Dalibor will make it all right... and give him benefit of the doubt... I can say he has been perfect in the description of every dog. The last one is a super dog in my home (not house broken LOL but great with CATS, kids, dogs, puppies etc)... she has insane ball drives, and is well trained. The dog before he even didn't want to sell me because he knows what my husband expects in working abilities and the dog was much softer then what we are normally having but we explained it was okay. She was perfect though also very good ball drives and insane food drives, very social, ignores chickens, cats, great with kids etc. So I hope he is able to work through whatever is going on... and that no problem is to big to fix and solve but it does take communication.  So I hope for James and Cindy the dog comes and so do the papers... and shortly. Maybe he got very very ill and got pressures somewhere or got out money? I dunno... but I cross my fingers for everyone.

Only time tells... as much as that sucks to say. I hope B that you get your stuff figured out. I know what a BAD BAD thing that is... I've been there too!!!!!!!
