Should read Speed and Power Training, I've not made my mind up about his yet.

Its proven to develop speed and power in professional athletes, its low impact and cheap (Ebay).

Might be a godsend for those with super fast dogs that never seem to run out of energy.

That was pretty cool, could at least give a good work out to the dogs. I'm going to try it, let you know how it goes.

I think that device would work, we have the dogs pull tires and that works very well.  If it is available at Dick's sporting goods I may pick one up.  Certainly easier to carry around for training than old car tires.
