Has any breeder had four or more dogs and bitches from the same litter placed at the same Sieger Show in Germany

I think the best sieger show litter ever seen is the famous Q-litter "von Arminius". In this litter were Quando, Queno, Quino, Quindo, Quina, Quana e Quena. All of them top dogs, including two VA males in Germany (VA-1 Quando) and Italy (VA-5 Quindo) and a BSZS SG-2 female Quina.
