A week ago, Honey had her pre delivery x-ray and to our disapointment we could see only 2 spines for sure and possible a 3rd..... She was up to 93 lbs, but didn't seem all that large. In a week her belly doubled in size and yesterday she weighed 96 lbs......and Honey had 5 puppies.
How often have you been fooled by these pre-delivery x-rays?
OH, Honey and puppies are all alive and well!

my vet told me 7 puppies maby 1 more we had 10. my female didnt look large at all eather but all pups where healthy pounders lol

I have been told you count skulls. My only experience with pre-birth x-rays, was Vet saw 3 skulls, I thought I saw more, probably just wishing for more, ended up with 3.
