This may be an odd question, but I'm curious as to what "show line" people think about Francesko Anrebri's comformation, topline, and over all structure? Or those who are just good at judging these things in general.

And aside from all of that, does anyone on this board have any dogs out of Francesko? If so what are they like in terms of working ability, drives, confidence, etc?  I've always liked the way this dog looks (even though I wish his back was slightly straighter lol).  He seems to have a lot of drive in the videos shown of him on the internet, but his handler totally lacks control of him.  Anyways, not that I'm looking to get a puppy from him, just curious in hearing what kind of dogs he is producing, and how they're turning out.

I personally think the overall structure of Francesco is very good, the picture on his pedigree page shows an exagerated stack, both legs should be placed a little forward. Then his topline will appear less sloping.
His back is straight, no arch, proportions are good, strong head and very good ear set, front upper arm is little short and steep, good pasterns and hocks, rear angulation is also good. The best thing I like about him is his pigmentation.
I once read on this board something of criticism about his lack of courage which appears in a video when he spins to avoid the whip.

Thanks Ibrahim, I totally forgot about that post and anything said in it. I made that a long time ago......and obviously never got anything from him.  I'm more so curious to see how offpsring of his are turning out now, and  how they're doing in the working dog world.

Do you have a current photo of him:  Personally I love his rich color and beautiful type;  he looks to be a handful though; don't know about his offspring as far as temperament and structure;  know the colors are rich from what I have seen advertised.  Like his conformation also;  needs to be stacked properly though and that stack does not do him justice at all.  JMO  Nan

The first one is him stacked, the others are just......of him.... There are a ton of other pictures on the site as well of him on his "gallery"

They stacked him on a hill in this photo so he looks more angulated than he actually is. http://anrebri.cz/PIC/francesco_anr/francesco_006.jpg I'm interested to know his ZW. I'm concerned about HD with him being half dysplastic himself. Otherwise everything else about him looks great. Would love to hear more about him from those who've bred to him, have his offspring, and seen him work.

Why do you say that he's half dysplastic? Where do you get that from?

He's shown as having 0/0 hips--the best rating in the Czech system--do you have reason to believe that info is wrong?

He will not have a ZW because he is not an SV dog.
