Any body have any special plans for the weekend? Sunday were training going to a friends for the nite for some grillin and Marqurita,s and then training again in the morning Monday.

Staying Home this Weekend....for a change.
Saturday - Training in the morning....Wedding in the afternoon.
Sunday - Training in the morning.....Hosting Block party in the afternoon
Monday - Training in the morning.....Probably just relaxing and maybe going to a movie in the afternoon.

Giving Ryder a bath. Not really that exciting, but he likes it so for him it's a good weekend. Maybe take him swimming at his Aunties' house.

We are having a schools-been-delayed-for-a-week pool party on Saturday night. A cookout and bonfire with some fireworks for the teenagers. We figured, why not? Just told the kid I didn't want anybody sneaking off into the woods to make out....! I'm sure Mojo will find a way to sneak in a swim and clean up any bits of leftover, unguarded hamburger or hotdogs.

No neighborhood bashes here but I did think I would do some ribs tomorrow evening and have a few beers. Also thought I would pull the car in the back yard and jam the neighbors out. Sun am train. Mon am train. The heat wave is supposed to break here this weekend so it should be fun training. Tuesday make the dog food and grocery trip..............

BobM, you should stick to chicken or another lean type of protein and veggies, and hold off on the drinks. they are loaded with sugar.
