Elbows are not my forte...but hips look ok to me. Fingers crossed for you;-)

Hips look POSSIBLE mild Dysplasia... There is some remodeling of the femoral head and the socket is not real deep.
What did your Vet say? Have you sent them to OFA?
I also will not comment on elbows. They look seated.

Rass, I don't see how you can say mild HD (I know you did qualify the statement w/"possible") when we can't even see the knees. The socket is not super deep, but I have seen far looser hips in shallow sockets go "fair." On the right day w/OFA, I think they're fair, which is why I said "ok" not "great" or "excellent."
Hedi, you really need to give background- breed, age, how the films were taken, etc. and post the whole film, including the knees if you want good responses. W/out seeing how the legs were positioned, it tougher to say how the femoral head looks; we don't know what angle of it wer're looking at.

The postioning of the dog is not great. You can see that when you look that the knees. The one knee is barely on there. I would hate to have to redo these becuase she is a little torqued out.

The position for elbow x-rays is not perfect, should be slightly more flexed upto 45 degrees is ideal. The elbows look good to me in the present film though better positioning and better contrast would be great to comment on.The hips should go Fast normal and Normal if you are lucky. The dorsal acetabular margin is slightly shallow.

I'd say SV a-fast normal, then, possibly even a-normal. I don't think the films need to be redone; I just wanted to see the whole picture to better judge the placement/angle of the femoral head.
