Have you contacted Susan?  I guess I'm a little confused about the post.  Is there a backstory somewhere?  Was the dog taken into rescue?  Was the dog lost and picked up by a rescue?  Is the dog/was the dog in danger?

And what in heaven's name, do you mean by a TRIcolour GSD??  Ain't no such animal!

I already posted this and we have no clue what the answers are. What Debisue posted is exactly the same as what I posted. It's all the info that's available.

A pet dog might be described tri-color instead of the appropriate term, calling the lighter patches of tan/red, "bright" spots;  like my own dog.

The way I took it is they lost the dog and have been trying to track her down ever since and this is as far as they have been able to go on their own and they are asking for help.  Yeah, the tri-color threw me too.  Just trying to help a lost GSD find her way home.

Wow, I just registered in these forums and am quite surprised to see that some people are trying to help someone find their dog, and they're getting a tad of grief based on terminology. Nice first impression of these forums.

I understand you all may just be trying to educate, but c'mon, this isn't like someone who is going to be a breeder and based on their post, they obviously have no right to breed until they get some education about breeding.

Have any of you lost a dog? I have, my GSD was lost in a national park for a week after a car accident. That was 12 years ago, and to this day I still am affected by that. Her name was Sheba as well, and even though my Sheba went away last year, I still think about that situation.... it sucked as bad as anything I've ever dealt with in my years.

From the bottom of my heart I hope these folks find their Sheba.

{ADD} After reading the post above mine which was entered as I was typing my reply, I might need to offer an apology to you all. As I suppose the color info needs to be clear so people know what to look for. My apologies.
