european microchip info - Page 1

 Hi, I'm trying to find out some info on a dog that was imported from the Netherlands. On his import paperwork there is a chip # listed and I am trying to find someone who might know how to find out who the dog is and who his breeder is. There is no registration paperwork, just health cert. stuff, but it does have a chip # listed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
