Me and my husband are looking for shows and events to attend as spectators....I have this website http://germanshepherddog.com/index.html
I enjoy working trials as well as comformation shows....: )
There appear to be a lot to choose from. Are there some better then others to attend ???We will be traveling a long distance....We are looking in these states....OH, IL, IN, MI, PA, WV, VA, and KY......Thanks......: )

UScA and WDA websites both list trial and show dates. The WDA Sieger is coming up (Oct) in Va. This would be a good one to plan for.

Kelly and Rik...Thanks for the responses...I am pretty certain that we are going to make plans to attend the NASS in VA...That would certainly be worth the trip....: )
Kelly...We are so over due for a visit...Bringing home our two horses has taken all my time and has cost me a small fortune...Eric, mentioned that he wanted to go see, " one of those Schutzhund shows"....So I can't pass up this opportunity to see my first Sieger Show...

Turner Junction Working Dog Club has a trial coming up on SEPT.24-25, 2011 with Judge Randall Hoadley.
I will be going for the BH with my pup. We have some great dogs at our club but i don't know how far you are traveling from for it to be worth it to you Deanna. But
we would be more than welcoming to everyone. It's in the city West Chicago which is about an hour or so west of Chicago of course. lol.

for schutzhund:
the mid east regional championship is in Ohio this fall. (Sep or Oct)
hosted by OG Buckeye. they put on a well-run trial and the m.e.r. is the largest
most competitive region of the USCA.
