inbreeding is when you have no new blood in the breeding . ex. brother to sister, and i am talking about full brother and sister.
half siblings are bred, you have different halfes on each siside . ex. male has (a) on top( b) on bottom female has a on top and (c) on bottom. 50% of the blood is (a) 25% is (b) 25%is (C). this is linebreeding
another example is father x daughter = 75% all the fathers blood and 25% mothers. this is still line breeding because you still have new blood ,being the mothers.
now, lets say we did this both ways father x daughter and son x mother. take a male from one and a female from the other breed, you have exactly the same bloodline as you did when you made the origanal breediing.
now if you know what bloodlines you want to bring to the top, this requires selective breeding.
note: this is just not an opinion, it is genetics.

This is a example of close line breeding but not inbreeding.

I,ll let you know how it turns out when I have them on the ground.
The good or bad part will depend on personnel preference and opinion.
