Do not sweat your pups ears, I believe ears stand anywhere from 8 weeks to like 6 1/2 months on average. You can GENTLY massage the ears upwards to help but I have always been of the thought that if they've stood once they will stand again. I have seen some type of ear shaper thing but do not know what it is called, perhaps someone will post what they're called or a picture. Maybe you can also do a search for previous posts about this topic and a lot of answers, advice and opinions will be posted for you to read. Good luck and take care, Jennifer

Give him a big raw (uncooked) bone to bite/chew on. It works the muscles and helps their ears stand.
I used to give it to my pups everywhere they spent time, in the backyard, even in the kennel. They would fall asleep trying to bite that thing, and a few days later by the morning the ears were up. Some take longer than others. My sable took longer, his were super floppy til he was about 15 weeks. The girls ears were up by 12 weeks. It's was a cycle, one day they would be up and the next day they would be floppy. Eventually they stayed up full time. They are both 5 months now, the picture on the side of my post is them at 4 months both ears are up.
In my opinion, avoid touching their ears (except for when you clean the inside of their ears) and petting them back when petting your pup. I've been told that by multiple different breeders, thought I'd share.

I too was worried whether my pups ears will stand. When the right ear used to stand, the left would droop and vice versa. My pup is 7 months now. I feed her plain yogurt and cottage cheese with mixed berries. i think it really helps

Archie's ears go up when he is sleeping and look strong, stay up for about 15mins then shakes his head as if his ears are annoying him then they flop back over.At the beginning we where annoyed but that's the least of his /our worries at the moment.I personally feel one day they will go up.

i have seen it take up to 8 months to go up, if he is teething, they should go up after he is done teething.i have a pup right now with ears down , but they were up at 8 weeks, she is teething so would expect them to be back up after 5 months.
