WDA Universal SS looking for info - Page 1

The WDA National Universal Sieger Championship (NUSC) will be held at Founder's Field, Indianola, PA (just outside of Pittsburgh at the Harmarville exit of the PA Turnpike) over Memorial Day weekend, May 27-29, 2011.  Keystone-Buckeye Hundesport Klub is the local co-host.  Home of the Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Association, the grounds are state-of-the-art:  1,000 feet in length, 270 feet across, video towers, lights, PA system, clubhouse with shower and restroom facilities as well as banquet room and covered decks overlooking the playing fields.  The fields are surrounded by township park lands.  Tracking will be on hayfields in the general area. 

SVF Judge Bernhard Prem will judge the Schutzhund trial
SV Judge Albrecht Woerner will judge the conformation show. (Also scheduled to judge the 2011 NASS Female classes).

There will be a Breed Survey on Friday afternoon.  The conformation show is open to all competitors.  The Schutzhund trial will give preference to Universal Competitors.

18-24 month old dogs who enter both the Trial and Breed Show will be eligible for Universal Young Dog Sieger/Siegerin titles.

Brief Schedule:
Thursday, 5/26 - Breed Survey Practice @ Keystone-Buckeye;  Draw Night @ host hotel
Friday, 5/27  Morning: Tracking for all competitors;  Vendor and field set-up
     Afternoon:  Breed Survey @ Founder's Field; Obedience & Protection practice @ Founder's Field
Saturday, 5/28  Morning:  Obedience for all competitors @ Founder's Field.
     Afternoon:  Breed Show begins:  all puppy classes and 12-18 month classes (no veteran's class and no adult untitled class)
     Evening:  informal dinner hosted by Keystone0Buckeye @ Founder's Field
Sunday, 5/29  Morning:  Breed Show 18-24 month classes and Working Dog classes.
     Afternoon:  Protection for all competitors; closing ceremonies.

The NUSC website should be functional within a few days (www.wdanusc.org).

Looking for an experienced and reputable handler for a ring trained male to present in 9-12 month male class which is scheduled for Saturday afternoon. This pup has been shown in NASS, and NC.
