I have reported the death of my good friend Ron Jones, but it went onto the general topics.

Thats very sad, some great dogs came from their kennels, condolenses to his family.

Always a lovely joking man - he and Irene were the salt of the earth types of people that you dont want to ever lose......   another good man gone from our breed.   Mo and all at Mascani.

So sorry to hear this, have some fond memories of Ron, but he is reunited with his Irene now. There are some good shepherd folk up there looking down on us.

I have missed seeing Rons Cheery face and hearing him chuckle. Had our last hug when he turned up at St Helens Champ show 2009. Ron and Irene were lovely, genuine people, I will never forget Ron's shouts of Lasso, Lasso around the ringside, being Best Puppy at the first Scottish Two Day show held 1986 in Ayr and followed that up by taking the dog CC at the Irish Two Day show the following year 1987 in Larne, Ch Prescotia Lasso was their pride and joy. Sadly our breed lost the involvement ot these wonderful characters quite some years ago, but to those that knew them, they could never be forgotten and would always be remembered as an important and valuable part of the golden tapestry of the GSD show scene.  Now reunited with his beloved wife Irene and their precious Prescotia Shepherds.
