Awww! What a cutie!
I checked out her pedigree, and your other dogs, and THIS is what I think a GSD should look like!
Nothing exaggerated or extreme, nice straight, topline, croup not too steeply angled, as you see with so many showlines, good bone and good pigment!
So, how does the little one compare to her sibs now in size and weight? 
I have the runt from my friend's litter, and she's now about 27 or 28 inches (she's a Shiloh, not a GSD.) Here she is at birth:
What a difference in size, eh? :) But by the time she was 8 weeks, she had caught up to her two sisters in size and weight!

Today I went to the vets for a second round of shots and her sister "Ella" is 16 1/2 pounds, she weighs 10 pounds, but she is still catching up, this is her sister Ella..
