Judge Momcilo Mihajlovic(SER) - Page 1

Hello my name is Frankie I have a complaint I would like to share with this database and also to know about this judge from Serbia. I bought a dog from him through a breeder who is a friend of his and mine in Puerto Rico back in July 2010 our agreement was that I send full payment of the dog who is in this database his name is Packo Topolovnicki and he would stay with the dog until September 2010 to finish his kkl and then send it to me. There was no kkl in September so he told me to leave it until October there was no kkl in this month neither and he told me to leave him until December I said enough send the dog and I'll take care of it. At the beginning this person also known as Moma or Momo answered every email that was sent to him as soon as he received the money little by little started answering less and less. Until we get to the point were he just doesn't answer any email from Me nor the breeder. It has come to my attention that I sent him an email saying that if he didnt answer I would call and report him to the FCI this Email he did reply saying that FCI doesn't concern him nor his business. I also went a step further and hired GK Air in Frankfurt to assist me in finding this person at the beginning Moma answered to this people saying that he would take the dog to them to send to me I have lost three bookings beacause he never showed or answered. Then he decided to stop answering GK Air and emailed that he would send Packo with Pet-Air in Farnkfurt also on Friday November 12 or Monday November 15, 2010 I called the people in Pet-Air they said they know him as Momo and that he had no contact with them nor bookings for any of this past days. I am very disappointed to read this words coming from a judge and breeder. Here I stand without any notice or any dog.

To this day the only contact is his email no phone number nor anyway of contact just email I think that this is a lack of self respect and irresponsibility that goes beyond any boundary.

This man who is an FCI judge In Serbia has made fun of the FCI has violated the laws of this federation which I have more than proof of what I'm saying and nobody is going to do anything about it. I believe somebody should so something about this person. To add more to the list the person is a thief and a fraud I recommend if anybody is going to do any type of business with Topolovnicka Kennels I urge you to read this message or feel free to contact me and I can further explain.
