My female GSD just turned 12 months last week and weighs 72 pounds. What can I expect from her growth of her head and body over the next year or two???

From my limited experience, she will not get much taller, but she will muscle up.

Right! GSD usually grow their height at about a year, with very minimal growing heightwise.
But she will definitely fill out more..GSD usually fill out fully between 2-3 years old.

My 2.5 year old female is 70lbs and solid.
