You could put some rubber matting down where she lays at the front or even some of that indoor outdoor carpet (Astro Turf).
Sometimes it just doesn't matter what you put down they will still lay where they want.
How old is she and how many hours a day is she kenneled?

only when im at work she is in there. she is 11 months old. i do have the rubber mat in there but she pulls the thing all around the kennel from her mouth. rolls it up and down. maybe a dog bed will help ?

My dogs have trampoline beds in their kennels but at times they still lay on the concrete especially in the summer.
