Hello I posted my question in the General Topic section by accident, so sorry if this is repetitive for some of you. I was very excited and looking foward to bringing home my GSD puppy, and realized while reveiwing the pedigrees, the male's (sire) paternal grandmother is also the female's (dam) mother. I was comfortable with this breeder, has met all their dogs, they have excellent temperaments and hips, etc., so I was quite shocked to realize this. I would welcome any feedback, do I discount this breeder, or perhaps there was a good reason for it?

Bob,
There are some really great dogs in that pedigree.  Looks like a super breeding, good luck with it.

Jim:

She wont be 2 till September thats when I,ll get her OFA,d. Her prelims at 13 months looked good so I,m not expecting any surprises there. It will probobly be a spring breeding she should have her Bh by then if I can get my wife ingear to get her done in November in Indy.

I really like the dog very out going I love her bite work and her drives.  Working thru some issues from the previous owner I got her last July and have put alot of work in her.

I want to keep all the males and start them before I pick the one I will keep then place the rest. I,m not a dog seller. If you know anyone who might be intrested in a working line pup and would provide a good home let me know.
