what does it mean when a breeder describe his dog as "belong to the 3rd sire bloodline" and/or "belong to the 4th bloodline"on dam side?

Just going to take a stab at your question.
A certain dog possibly not a dog he ever owned. A particular dog that appears in the pedigree on the dads side in the 4th generation and on the 3rd generation on the mothers side. Also known as line breeding.
