I registered a German Shepherd on the database, but the database did not have any information on the dam. I registered the dam but there is no pedigree listed. Since the dam is already registered, how can I put her pedigree on the database? Thanks!

You register her just like you are trying to register your own dog on the pdb - you will have to have her parents info as well - and so on....

Yes, I did register the dam, but no parents were included. Now I need to modify the registration to include the parents and I do not know how to update the dam's pedigree.

Go to the dam's pedigree and hit "update pedigree". Add the dam's parents. Go from there in the same manner. Keep adding the generations and eventually, hopefully, one will be listed and the rest will fill in.
