Keep her calm and content and have someone fire a gun at long distance only a few times. Repeat the next day, praising her and even playing quietly so that she becomes acclimated to the sound. As time progresses you can gradually shorten the distance between yourselves and the shooter. This should take place over days and weeks. Do not move too quickly. As she is clearly sound sensitive you do not want to expose her to too much auditory stress at one time.

Another thing I have heard someone had a good experience with is putting their dog in a room with gun shots on a television (like old American Westerns!) with the volume turned up a little more each time, and the dog seemed to get accustomed to such noise. I'm not certain it would work, but it doesn't seem like it could hurt? Good luck! :)
