Why don't you just say who the breeder is; maybe someone on here knows how to get ahold of him??? I'd be furious if it were my dog and was PTS just because my phone was disconnected.

Man I agree with you guys..I'd be furious! I hope someone can get him, possibly just to foster until the breeders can be reached... I can't believe some people get this breed without doing their homework first :-/

If it were one of my dogs, first of all, I would have vetted the prospective owner to ensure that the dog was a good match for the household, and second, I would have put it in the sales agreement that if the buyer were to sell or otherwise get rid of the dog, I'd get it.

Such is the price of crass comercialism.

I was just curious. I cant take in another rescue haha. I have a foster I need to place now as it is. However im here in MD and worked with several rescues in the area and a trainer whom placed dogs with necessary qualities such as dogs whom were turned in for being to much to handle with the MD state troopers after some development(if they passed assessments. This was My only reason for asking. Thought maybe I could help give the dog an avenue out.

But seems you have that taken care of.
