I have jnust ordered the book called 'SIEGER 2009 SUPPLEMENT.' I found it on the Videx GSD website, an ordered it from our dogs. It should take 3-7 days to arrive.

The actual news, is that i am going to a dog show, in montem leisure centre, hosted by the Reading & District Kennel Association, on 28th November 2009. I hope to take a few pictures, and a short video clip. Camt wait!!!

My dad, has also said, that he is planning to take me to the German Sieger show 201. Yay!!!

I have recieved the book and i am going thoroughly read it, and tell you about it tommorow

Good for you.who is the judge ?

I have the Sieger 2009 Supplement, its a good read. Oh I envy you so much I've longed to go to the German Sieger, I'm hoping to go as a birthday present next year but may go to the British Sieger instead I haven't made my mind up as of yet.

Have fun at your first dog show, I am a regular exhibitor but not of GSD's, its a good day out and you may find a few stalls are there they may sell the show leads and collars you are looking for, dog shows are always a good day out even if I don't get placed I always find something that cheers me up.

All the best

Patamoke

Thanks Patamoke. Robert i am not sure who the judge is. I'll have to check.

Patamoke. my dad just told me last night, that becaue i am going Pakistan in March, we may not have enough spare money to afford going to Germany, so i might end up watching the British Sieger as well.

Patamoke. Thaks. Mine will probably come tommorow or the day after.

Robert, i would like to go the German show, rather than the British, as the british is jus all show and show, no health, proper standard or wokring ability is included. So i would prefer to go Germany, which judges properly. My dad says, that although it would be chepaer to just go to the Britsh, he might take me to the German sieger

Hamza.what type of gsd do you prefer?if you prefer  the english type then the show at Montem Leisure centre will be okay but if you prefer the german type then the judge for reading may not be that type.the shows at the Montem lc. are usually  for the english type.do you live in or near to London.?the GSD Club of Essex are holding a championship Show on 5th Nov. at Norton Heath Equestrian Centre. This is a show in which the majority of dogs will be of german type.if you can get to this show you will meet up with people who will be helpful to you.if you can go,let me know on this thread and i will try to get you the full address.have you got a schedule for the reading show.i might know of the judge and can then tell you which type will be there.its nouse wasting train or petrol money if its going to be the wrong type you prefer.my name is Carole,im on the german side and will be at Essex,so you can come and find me if you want for a chat and a cuppa.im in my late 50,s am small with long dark hair tied back  in a pony tail.hope to see you there.
