We are now having interesting discussion. In the sport do you believe too much compulsion or stress in one phase such as tracking or obedience can result in a dog showing poorly in protection and getting a vh(present) versus a(pronounced) or vice-versa. A TSB rating should really show that which could not be trained but is inside the dog. What do you feel affects the dogs ability to show pronounced here.

It could be anything, genetics, imprinting, training, handler, decoy..etc. I think you would need to see the individual dogs and their training to really know why they weren't pronounced. Jeff
