I just heard about a solid black female with a European microchip that was found stray in VT. There is some thought that she has had sport training and is becoming too much dog for where she has been staying. I believe she was found in late spring, but the microchip had migrated and was only recently discovered.

I asked about tatoo info, or how old they think she might be, but have not heard back yet. I think they are also trying to contact schutzhund clubs around the area, so sorry if this info has already made it's way to you, I figured it couldn't hurt to post it!
