Could anyone enlighten me regarding the HGH category in the BSZS? What is this category about? Is it for herding dogs? And if so how does a dogs conformation affect the result if at all? Thank you in advance gsd friends. Petros

The class is for dogs with HGH titles and yes, conformation is the primary reason for the class. There are generally very few dogs in Germany that enter the class. So competition is more limited than for dogs entered in the Gebrauchshund and Gebrauchshundin classes where competition is very stiff. At the least, generally more than 100 dogs per class will end up being shown in these other classes, sometimes many more. .

Its a conformation rating for dogs with HGH title. Dogs in the young dog classes that do not have HGH titles yet have to be owned by a certified shepherd.
